Build Skills for Tomorrow

We run practical, hands-on workshops that help you plan, understand and apply market research with confidence.

Designed for professionals who are not researchers by training, our sessions use clear language, relatable examples and exercises connected to the work they actually do. All of that, supported by smart AI usage.

The value of a workshop should not end when the room is cleared. We aim to help you become more confident in the habits that lead to better decisions: asking sharper questions, collecting and assessing evidence, interpreting findings and turning understanding into action. We do not believe in filling a room with theory that is quickly forgotten. The result is not simply knowledge of research methods. It is a stronger way of thinking together, one that helps you challenge assumptions, make sense of complexity and choose a more informed way forward.

  • “We need to run market research, but we do not know where to start.”
  • “We have customer data, but we struggle to turn it into insight.”
  • “We want our teams to ask better questions.”
  • “We need a shared language for discussing customers and evidence.”
  • “We want to implement AI in our research processes without losing critical thinking.”

Our workshops

  • Every strong research project begins with understanding what really needs to be decided. This workshop helps you move from a broad business challenge to a clear, focused research question and a well-scoped brief. You will learn how to understand the real problem that needs to be addressed, identify the information you need and create a stronger foundation for the decision that follows.

There is no single best research method; all roads lead to Rome 🙂. Choosing the right approach is a mixture of many layers – expertise, budget, timing… This workshop helps you choose and combine qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods based on your decision, evidence needs, timeline and budget. You will leave better equipped to judge what each approach can reveal, where its limits lie and how different methods can work together.

AI can support many parts of the research process, from planning and desk research to analysis, synthesis and communication. This workshop explores where AI can save time and improve the workflow, while making clear where human judgement, context and quality control remain essential. You will practice using AI responsibly and critically, rather than treating it as a substitute for research expertise.

Marketing Research becomes useful only when it is connected to the decisions a business needs to make. This workshop applies research thinking to practical challenges such as understanding the usage habits and attitudes (U&A) of your customers, brand positioning, customer experience and customer journey. Through realistic examples, you will learn how to identify the right questions, select useful evidence and translate it into meaningful business action.

Good research does not end with a set of findings, especially if they are delivered in a long report that ends on your hard drive and is forgotten. Good research helps people see what matters and decide what to do next. This workshop helps you turn evidence into clear insights, compelling recommendations and stories that different teams can easily understand and use. You will also explore how to communicate and manage knowledge more effectively so that valuable learning continues to support the organization over time.

You can also talk to us and request a customized workshop which will combine different areas explained above.
